  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Connect with potential clients via calls, email, LinkedIn, and meetings
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical team
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on leads
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data
  • Handle client communication and relationship management

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Lead generation & client handling experience
  • Knowledge of IT services / software solutions selling preferred
  • Proposal writing and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of web/mobile/software projects
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
